Should irritation occur you can use the product less frequently or in a lower concentration. If the irritation is severe you should stop using the product and consult a physician.
When using acne products with Sulfur or combinations of active ingredients, do not use on large areas of the skin. If combinations of active ingredients gets in the eyes, rinse immediately with water.

Clean the skin thoroughly before applying the product. Start with one application per day and then increase to 2 or 3 times a day if needed. With each application, cover the infected area with a thin layer of product. If the skin becomes dry or peeling occurs reduce the application to once a day or every second day.
When using product containing Benzoyl Peroxide for the first time, apply the product sparingly to one or two small affected areas for three days. If no discomfort occurs then the product can be used over all the infected areas.
As stated before, if you are going outside, apply sunscreen after using a product containing Benzoyl Peroxide.
