Earlier it was widely believed that chocolates are a leading cause of acne, but latest researches have ruled out chocolates as acne causers. There is a debate still on about the food items that cause acne. But from them, chocolate has been removed. So, go ahead, indulge.
    Fact: Poor diet is definitely the cause of acne. Processed foods, high in chemicals and fat can lead to hormonal imbalances and changes in the body's chemical equilibrium. So, you may focus on avoiding sugary foods, milk, and those with high levels of carbohydrates.
    Acne Myth No. 4- Makeup in any form, causes acne- Well, that is why you have given up on cosmetics completely. You did not get deck up for all these parties for no good reason. Make up and acne are not closely related. You can use makeup products that are labeled non-acnegenic or non-comedogenic. These mean that the products under these labels are finest quality.
