• Acne Diet Rule 6 - Avoid Fried Foods



    It's easy to go out and buy the latest acne lotion, potion, and skin treatment. It's so easy to think that the solution to your acne problems can be found in a bottle and you can just apply it to your skin. But many people are finding that no matter how well they take care of their skin, they keep getting acne breakouts.

    Why is that?

    It's because the real solution to acne lies within you, not outside of you. Most people seek for answers outside of themselves, but the truth is that your acne can only be healed from the inside. Your body already knows how to heal its acne, and in fact, your body is the only thing that can EVER heal your acne.

    The question is, are you giving your body what it needs to heal its acne or are you giving your body things that make your acne worse?

All of these fats are unnatural - your body doesn't know how to deal with them efficiently. They cause imbalances in your immune function, circulation, elimination and your hormones. All of these conditions contribute to acne.
